We are looking for motivated, professional, and experienced HVAC service technicians primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing residential HVAC systems; identifying repair or replacement needs necessary to maintain equipment and systems; providing necessary information on the proper uses of the equipment.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair residential HVAC systems; identify repair/replacement needs to maintain equipment and systems; provide information on proper use of equipment.
- Utilize tools to work with refrigerant lines, electrical components, fuel lines, and air ducts; perform testing with voltmeters, thermometers, pressure gauges, manometers, and other devices to check airflow, refrigerant pressure, electrical circuits, burners, and other components.
- Communicate information effectively with customers and respond to questions.
- Operate to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators as assigned by the Service Manager.
- HVAC training or equivalent experience of 3-5 years
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Must submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
- High-school diploma/GED
- Relocation to Jackson, WI general market area may be required
