• Perform hands‑on work across multiple trades: framing, trim carpentry, drywall, tile, and light plumbing/electrical.
• Take ownership of project progress and ensure quality at every stage.
• Collaborate with your Production Manager to keep schedules on track.
• Communicate with clients and your team to keep projects running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Document progress using Buildertrend (training provided).

• 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling.
• Versatility: ‘Swiss Army Knife’ of trades, particularly skilled in rough and finish carpentry.
• Communication:
  Comfortable talking to clients and teammates with clarity and respect.
• Ownership:
  Organized, self‑motivated, and takes pride in doing things the right way the first time.

• Starting Pay: $26.00 / Hour (based on experience)
