We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who can take ownership of a busy distribution operation and lead from the floor—not from behind a desk.
Where You’ll Make an Impact- Lead daily warehouse operations and frontline associates
- Drive productivity, safety, and quality across the shift
- Use WMS data to spot issues and improve performance
- Coach employees and build a stronger team
- Partner with leadership on staffing and operational priorities
- 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership
- WMS experience in a high-volume operation
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- The ability to solve problems quickly and keep your team moving
