Box Assembly

Labor Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking Box Assembly workers to support clients in industrial and light manufacturing environments. In this role, you will assemble cardboard and corrugated boxes, fold and tape components, label and stack finished units, and prepare packaging for shipment. You will follow written instructions, meet daily production goals, and inspect boxes for quality and consistency. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting materials, and working safely in a fast paced setting while maintaining accurate counts and basic production records.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cardboard and corrugated boxes according to specifications
• Fold, tape, and secure box components for packaging
• Label, stack, and stage completed boxes for shipment or production
• Inspect boxes for defects and verify quality standards
• Follow written work orders and production instructions
• Meet or exceed daily and hourly production targets
• Maintain accurate counts and basic production records
• Handle materials safely, including lifting and moving bundles of boxes
• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures
