Position Overview
Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse (RN) to work in its Hospice program in Berkley, Michigan. This is a 40‑hour per week, ongoing employment of staff type. The role will support patients in Royal Oak and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage and deliver patient care plans as a Hospice Registered Nurse.
- Provide direct patient care and charting, consistently meeting critical deadlines.
- Travel to patient locations, spending approximately
20% of your day driving.
- RN license in the state of employment.
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
- Current driver’s license and ability to travel to patient sites.
- Self‑management of time and schedule.
- Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
- Base salary with first‑year success bonus; higher end includes productivity bonuses and premium pay for after‑hours, weekends, and on‑call shifts (compensation potential varies by market).
