Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Position Overview

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse (RN) to work in its Hospice program in Berkley, Michigan. This is a 40‑hour per week, ongoing employment of staff type. The role will support patients in Royal Oak and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage and deliver patient care plans as a Hospice Registered Nurse.
  • Provide direct patient care and charting, consistently meeting critical deadlines.
  • Travel to patient locations, spending approximately
    20% of your day driving.
Qualifications
  • RN license in the state of employment.
  • Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
  • Current driver’s license and ability to travel to patient sites.
  • Self‑management of time and schedule.
  • Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
