Job Summary

Full‑time, Adult‑Focused Clinical Neuropsychologist – Join the neuropsychology service as part of the Geriatric Assessment Center and Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Berkley and Royal Oak, MI. Administer psychodiagnostic/neuropsychological evaluations and provide consultative input to the interdisciplinary treatment team. Provide family education and behavioral recommendations when appropriate. Participate in teaching, research, and quality improvement projects.

• Administer inpatient and outpatient psychodiagnostic and neuropsychological evaluations, including patient and family interviews, test selection, administration, scoring, and report writing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff about results and treatment plans.
• Deliver family education and problem‑solving sessions addressing behavior modification and cognitive functioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely billing for services.
• Participate in program and professional development activities.
• Provide expert testimony at depositions or trials; consult with Legal Affairs regarding records release.

• Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
• Completed a Post‑doctoral residency in Clinical Neuropsychology.
• Board‑certified or eligible for ABPP certification in clinical neuropsychology.
• Licensed Psychologist in Michigan (LIC‑Psychologist – ) required.
