Sales Director - Senior Living

The Director of Community Relations is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all marketing and community engagement activities to maintain and grow occupancy at the community. This role will serve as the face of Spring Oak to the public and work closely with families, residents, and staff to foster strong relationships.

The Director of Community Relations at Spring Oak is responsible for continually increasing census by implementing and following through on marketing strategies. Plans, organizes and executes the marketing plan meeting the established goals of the facility and staying within budget guidelines for our assisted living community.

Is responsible for tasks related to renting apartments and all services involving the move-in and move-out of residents. Ensures a smooth transition to the new environment and is the first line of contact for residents and families inquiring about the facility and its services.

• Monitorsmarketingplanandbudgettoincludeadvertising,brochuresandpublications,activities,open houses and exposing outside organizations to our community
• Effectivelycommunicatestheirroleinmarketingthefacilitytostaffandassiststhemthrougheducation,support and evaluation of services
• Provides residents,prospectiveresidentsandfamilieswithinformationregardingthefacilityandthe services provided, acts asliaisonbetweenresidentfamilies and Administrator.
• Troubleshootsresidentconcernsandprovidespositivefollow-upandfeedback. Actively seeks resident input on service enhancements and programs.
• Coordinatesandassistswith move-ins and move-outs ensuring care plans androoms are ready. Continuallyimprovescommunityrelationsincreasingpublicregardandoverallawarenessofthefacility and the programs offered.
• Mustdemonstrateknowledgeofandrespectfortherights,dignityandindividualityofeachresidentin all interactions.
• Requiredtodevelopandmaintainagoodrapportwithallteammemberswithinthe Community, families,representative of the medical community, governmentagenciesetc.
• Keepdetailedlogsofreferrals,move-ins,move-out,leadsandinquirieselectronically Evaluates effectiveness of programs
• Attendcompanyin-services
• Assist Executive Director  andcompleteadhocprojectsasrequested.
• Requiredtotraveltoevents,storesorotherlocationsasdeemednecessarytomarketcommunityand perform a competitive analysis

• At least three years ofprovenexperienceinmarketingandsalesin
  
  Seniorhousingfacilities.
• Should possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, Social Work or related field
• Musthaveexcellentcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytoshowcompassioninalldealingswith residents, familymembersand staff.
• Mustpossessworkingknowledgeofcomputerprogramsandhavethedriveandabilitytoincreasecensus.
• KnowledgeofCMS guidelines, adultprogramsandinsurances

Executive Director with support from Regional Director of Marketing

$70,000 - $70,000 a year
