Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling, situated in West Berlin, NJ, is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of full-time HVAC Customer Service

As an HVAC Customer Service
- Dispatch Agent, your daily responsibilities will include maintaining the service call schedule, prioritizing urgent matters, and effectively managing dispatch assignments. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers as you address questions, schedule appointments, and provide updates on service progress. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote maintenance plans and marketing initiatives.

This is a full‑time position with flexible scheduling options. Shifts are available Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, spanning from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our rotating schedule ensures flexibility and work‑life balance for our employees.

• Experience in a sales or customer service role
• Proficiency with phone and email communication
