The Berlin Township School District, located in Camden County, New Jersey, is seeking qualified candidates for Part-Time Educational Assistants for the John
F. Kennedy Elementary School. The district is committed to excellence in education through a strong belief that each and every student can learn at high levels. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Practical knowledge of current educational practices
- Prefer experience in a K-8 school setting
- Understanding of positive behavior supports
- Demonstrate a strong love of children
- Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students with special needs in the special education and general education settings
- Working individually and with small groups of students to reinforce academic instruction
- Supervising students during lunch/recess and related arts periods
Additional training and stipends available.
