Entry Level Bridge Inspector​/Diver

Artheon is seeking an entry level Bridge Inspector/Diver to join our team in Berlin, NJ.

Department: Transportation

Location: Berlin, NJ

Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 / hour

• Plan, perform, and supervise underwater bridge inspections in accordance with NBI Standards and all safety guidelines.
• Physical ability to perform field work year-round in adverse weather conditions and work around bridges, roads, rail, and tunnels.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and web-based software to update asset information and generate inspection reports.
• Utilize Micro Station or CAD software to generate field sketches.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
  
  Entry level. Interest in underwater inspection, bridge inspection, or structural engineering.
• Certification:
  Must have ACDE Commercial Diver Certification.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient with Microsoft Office. Experienced with Micro Station or other CAD software.
• Knowledge:
  Dive safety planning and regulations. Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Position requires a minimum of 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime (Hourly).

The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
