Berlin Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a RN Unit Manager for the Subacute Unit on a full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm) schedule. Salary range is $79,000 to $100,000 per year, with same-day pay options available.
The Unit Manager will lead nursing operations on the unit, ensuring safe, person-centered resident care and compliance with policies and regulations. Five years of nursing experience and at least two years in supervision are required.
