This is an on-site position for a Printer and Embroiderer located in Berlin, NI. The role involves daily operation and oversight of printing and embroidery equipment, ensuring high-quality production of custom apparel. You will be responsible for managing print production processes, including preparing materials, performing quality checks, maintaining equipment, and meeting deadlines for clients. Collaboration with the team to support daily shop operations and troubleshoot production issues is essential.

• High school diploma or equivalent; industry-specific training or certifications are a plus
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing, and moving materials during shifts
• Experience with embroidery machines or screen printing equipment is beneficial
