Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center – Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem shifts. All-inclusive hourly rate: $37.00–$42.00.

Hours:

7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 7 AM–7 PM, 7 PM–7 AM. Same‑Day Pay available. This position is supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services.

• The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
• The Registered Nurse (RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager.
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sub‑acute and/or long‑term care setting.
• Experience in Point Click Care (PCC).
