Professor Gatsby’s Heating & Cooling in West Berlin, NJ is searching for someone to put their excellent customer service skills to work as a full‑time Call Center Agent – Inside Sales Rep. • Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to provide HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions.
• Follow up with customers who were quoted but did not close a sale to promote future work and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough customer communication and explain our unique value compared to other companies.
• Answer inbound calls for new and existing customers, schedule appointments, and coordinate with technicians when necessary.

• Experience in a sales or customer‑service role.
• Proficiency with phone and email communication.
• Drive to succeed and ability to take initiative with customers.
• Experience in a call center, phone sales, or previous in‑home sales is highly desired.
• Highly organized with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Rotating schedule with multiple shifts available:
  Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday.
• Hours rotate between 11 am‑7 pm or 12 pm‑8 pm, with varying shifts such as 7 am‑4 pm or 9 am‑6 pm.
