Overview
Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the IT Leadership team. This role is ideal for an organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, support administrative operations, and contribute to project coordination efforts. The position requires strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to IT leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and logistics
- Manage complex scheduling activities, including preparing agendas, organizing materials, and ensuring meetings run efficiently
- Prepare and process a variety of documents including timesheets, expense reports, purchase requisitions, and payment authorizations
- Compile, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
- Assist with budget tracking and forecasting documentation, reviewing source data for accuracy and consistency
- Support IT project coordination by gathering information, organizing files, and maintaining documentation on internal systems
- Maintain and organize documentation within company networks to ensure accessibility and compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support operational and project-related initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or office coordination
- Experience supporting leadership teams or working in a corporate environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and reporting
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Basic understanding of project coordination or administrative project support
This is a Contract position based out of Berlin, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
