- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician
- Ability to accurately diagnose and perform quality repairs
- Great attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic
- Clean and valid Driver’s License
- ASE and manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Pass a background check and drug test
- Perform automotive repairs and services in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and address the cause of malfunctions
- Complete work efficiently and accurately, adhering to safety requirements
- Conduct road tests to ensure quality of repair work
- Maintain an inventory of necessary tools and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
