Your MissionAs our Commercial Excellence Manager, your job is to professionalize our “path to market.” You will act as the bridge between high‑level strategy and the daily execution of our 6‑8 Partner Managers. Your success is measured by how much friction you remove from the sales cycle and how effectively you launch new revenue streams.
What You’ll DoBuild the Engine (Efficiency & Structure)
- Standardize how we work with retail partners across Europe by creating a unified Partner Engagement Playbook.
- Hunt down administrative bottlenecks in CRM and quoting; implement automation to give our sales team their time back.
- Design the blueprint for our fair and event presence, then get hands‑on to ensure these activities actually convert into leads.
Expand the Horizon (Strategic Growth)
- Own the GTM strategy for new markets, vertical segments (Education, Hospitality), and service offerings.
- Develop the strategy to win over architects and designers, ensuring Berlin Acoustics is specified at the very start of the project lifecycle.
- Move new ideas from a “slide deck” to a “pilot” and then to a full commercial rollout with full ownership.
- The Background: 3+ years in a high‑intensity environment (Consulting, Biz Dev, or Sales Ops).
- The “DOer” DNA: You don’t just suggest solutions; you build them. You are pragmatic, energetic, and proactive.
- Analytical Rigor: You can look at a messy process, find the data, and structure a scalable business model.
- Influence: You can navigate a room of Partner Managers or C‑level stakeholders and get them on board with your vision.
- Mobility: You enjoy being where the action is and are willing to travel to our core markets.
