Job Summary
Responsible for supporting revenue and product development initiatives across the business unit. Evaluates business opportunities, researches new markets and technologies, builds financial models and creates business proposals/requirements. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Responsibilities- Analyzing market trends and industry intelligence to identify strategic business development opportunities.
- External builder/developer associations relationships.
- Data analysis experience preferred, Spectrum software experience, GIS background and understanding of construction maps required.
- Developing comprehensive financial models and revenue forecasts to evaluate potential partnerships and business opportunities.
- Supporting senior management in strategic planning initiatives through detailed market research and opportunity assessment reports.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate business requirements and technical specifications for partnership implementations.
- Managing relationships with existing strategic partners while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and expanded collaboration.
- Preparing detailed business performance reports and analytics dashboards to track partnership metrics and revenue objectives.
- Contributing to partnership negotiations by conducting due diligence and providing data‑driven recommendations for deal structures.
- Implementing standardized processes for tracking and reporting business development activities across multiple strategic accounts.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred). Comcast may consider applicants with a combination of coursework and experience or who have extensive related professional experience.
- Certifications (if applicable) relevant to the role.
- Relevant work experience: 5‑7 years in a related field.
- Skills:
Business opportunities, communication, customer experience (CX), strategic planning.
