Position
Construction Project Manager at 360 Recruiting Group in Berlin, CT.
Candidate should live within Fairfield County and be willing and able to work onsite at customer locations and at home regularly, while traveling to the office as needed during the week.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Review job take-offs and cost estimates to ensure accuracy and achievement of gross margins.
- Participate in contract negotiations; represent the company in bids and follow up on outstanding bids until awarded.
- Work with the team to manage relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors and general contractors to acquire new business within agreed profit margins.
- Monitor job commencement and ensure on-time schedule for labor and materials.
- Manage job progress and ensure work is carried out per specification with high quality workmanship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in construction.
- Experience in setting targets, acquiring customers, building teams, and achieving goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite at customer locations and at home regularly, while traveling to the office as needed during the week.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology.
- Knowledge of Construction Management processes.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Competitive salary $95,000 – $125,000 based on experience, merit, and fit.
