We are seeking an experienced Site Construction Foreman with strong heavy equipment operating skills. The ideal candidate will be a working foreman who can both lead crews effectively and operate heavy equipment with precision, including hands‑on experience with GPS‑enabled systems such as Topcon for grading and layout.

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, crews, and subcontractors.
• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and graders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project plans, and company standards.
• Utilize Topcon GPS equipment for precise grading, layout, and site work.
• Monitor progress, track productivity, and communicate updates to project managers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Train and mentor field staff, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist in planning schedules, ordering materials, and resolving on‑site challenges.

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred as a Site Foreman or Heavy Equipment Operator in construction site work, earthwork, underground utilities.
• Proficiency with Topcon GPS systems for grading and layout.
• Strong knowledge of grading, site layout, and heavy equipment operations.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
