• Replying to customer emails (e.g. “Where is my package?”, “Has my order shipped?”, “Can I still change my order?”).
• Supporting customers with brewing questions and product usage.
• Communicating clearly when coffees are unavailable or replaced.
• Working with Gorgias and AI‑supported customer service tools.
• Responding to Direct Messages on social media.
• Reacting professionally and kindly to Google Reviews.

• A friendly, empathetic and solution‑oriented mindset.
• The “caregiver” type: happy to help, but also able to set boundaries professionally.
• Calm communication, even when customers are stressed.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Interest in specialty coffee is a plus (we’ll teach you everything else).
• Availability: around 4 hours per day, mornings. Students are very welcome.
