12+ Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Permanent Conversion)

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Customer Program Coordinator to support the successful implementation and day-to-day operations of Demand Response and Managed Charging programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in clean energy, sustainability, or utility programs.

In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to support program administration, communications, reporting, and process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through shared inboxes, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer questions or route inquiries to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of program rules, eligibility requirements, business processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with Program Managers to stay current on program updates and policy changes.
  • Track customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Maintain program documentation and prepare reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Assist with program implementation activities, communications, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support ongoing administrative and operational needs of the program team.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience (internship experience is highly preferred).
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred

  • Interest in energy, utilities, demand response programs, electric vehicles, or sustainability.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing programs or administrative operations.
  • Hybrid work environment with a standard office setting.
  • Work closely with the program team while onsite.
  • Collaborate through Microsoft Teams, email, and in-person meetings.
