The Manufacturing Engineer at IAPMO is responsible for optimizing process capability within the assigned product group by developing and verifying processes, analyzing flows, and implementing performance improvements to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
This role acts as the technical liaison among design, production, quality, and maintenance to sustain and enhance product line performance through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
