Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 base + strong benefits

• Lead month‑end close and ensure accurate, timely consolidated financial reporting
• Oversee cash management and maintain strong liquidity across entities
• Manage audit processes, banking relationships, and compliance/covenant reporting
• Drive integration and standardization across merged entities and ERP systems
• Lead and develop accounting team, including AP/AR and operations finance support
• Identify discrepancies, resolve misallocations, and improve financial processes

• 7+ years of accounting experience within distribution or manufacturing
• Proven success with month‑end close, audits, and multi‑entity environments
• Experience working with ERP systems in high‑volume settings
• Hands‑on leadership style with ability to operate in a dynamic, evolving organization
