Role and Scope of Position
Assist with cost/budget control and invoice control for the project. The Cost Analyst supports the development of transmission capital projects by providing accurate early-phase cost estimates and financial forecasting. Develop and refine early-phase forecasts for transmission projects. Forecast development-stage spending and capital-plan impacts. Manage and coordination work order status throughout the lifecycle of the shelf-project development. Evaluate cost risks related to design development, permitting, and long-lead materials.
Support financial models and cost histories that improve capital-planning accuracy.
Experience and
Education:
2-5 years experience.
