Per Diem / Part-Time Reasons to Join Arbor Built around your overnight schedule — if you're finishing a shift in the early morning, sleeping through midday, and back on overnight later, the 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM window fills your afternoon without cutting into your rest or your next shift.$20.00/hr for four focused hours — this is a 1:1 role with one client, one setting, and a clear out time every day.
No overtime creep, no ambiguous end time, done at 7:00 PM.One client, every day — you'll build a real working relationship with the person you support. If your overnight role is high-volume and reactive, your afternoon here is the opposite: consistent, relationship-centered, and calm.
