Responsibilities- Provide dedicated 1:1 direct support — personal engagement, personal hygiene care, ADL assistance, and daily living skills in a calm, person-centered environment.
- Maintain a calm, steady demeanor throughout every interaction, including during challenging moments.
- Transport and accompany the client as needed (valid driver's license required).
- Monitor health and behavior, document observations accurately, and communicate updates to program staff at shift end.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive environment that upholds the client's dignity, preferences, and autonomy at all times.
- Follow program safety protocols, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to all Arbor and program‑specific standards throughout every shift.
