- Support the coordination and execution of onboarding and employee development programs across the organization
- Manage onboarding schedules, communications, checklists, training resources, development materials, and key milestones
- Partner with hiring managers, HR, IT, Training, and business leaders to ensure onboarding and development activities are completed successfully and on schedule
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions, onboarding events, employee experience activities, and professional development programs
- Build strong relationships with managers, leaders, mentors, trainers, and cross-functional partners to support employee success and development
- Maintain detailed program schedules, timelines, tracking tools, and implementation plans
- Track onboarding, training, mentorship, and employee development program participation and completion
- Bachelor’s degree (preference for specialization in related curricula such as: Marketing, Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field)
- 3–5+ years of experience designing, coordinating, and delivering employee experience, learning and development, talent growth, onboarding, and engagement initiatives that support employee development and organizational effectiveness
- Experience coordinating programs involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and participant groups
- Experience facilitating onboarding activities, employee events, training sessions, or development programs preferred
- Experience gathering and analyzing feedback, tracking program effectiveness, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting early career, trainee, internship, leadership development, or mentorship programs preferred
- Exposure to B2B, sales, or corporate environments preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams)
- Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrates expertise in designing and coordinating employee onboarding and development programs, with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration and program effectiveness tracking. Proficient in managing schedules, communications, and resources to enhance employee experience and organizational growth.
