What's the Job About?

Working directly under the guidance of the Operations Supervisor, your main responsibility will be the setup and manufacture of components within our advanced machining division. Our mission involves meticulous metal machining, finishing, assembly, and anodizing for cutting-edge medical devices.

Could This Be You?

Operate State-of-the-Art Machinery:
Showcase your expertise by managing Citizen and Tsugami Lathes.

Adapt and Innovate:
Manage offsets, tool changes, and produce efficiently with minimal oversight.

Inspect and Maintain:
Carry out visual and dimensional inspections using specialized equipment.

Preventative Care:
Keep machines in prime condition with routine maintenance.

Documentation & Quality:
Utilize ERP and QMS systems to uphold quality and traceability standards.

Ensure Safety:
Always work within established PPE and safety guidelines.

Your Skills and Background:

Experience:

Previous work in Class I, II, or III medical device environments is a plus.

Knowledge & Precision:
Strong math skills, understanding of GMP/ISO standards, and GD&T.Communication:
Excellent English skills are necessary for collaboration.

Problem Solver:
Ability to identify and resolve nonconformances efficiently.

Qualifications We Value:

Completion of high school or equivalent, with a preference for technical schooling.

A solid foundation of 2-5 years’ experience in regulated manufacturing.

Can You Handle It?

Physical demands require bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and precise hand movements. You’ll also need to work amidst a variety of industrial materials safely.

Expect to leverage machinery like CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), CNC Swiss Lathe, and CNC Lathe (5+ axis).Join a team that believes in technological excellence and operational safety.
