Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, hands‑on CNC 5‑Axis Programmer (5+ years of experience) for a full‑time, on‑site role.
Pay: $60k – $85k/year.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, minimum 45 hours per week;
Saturday if required.
- Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills using Master Cam and read/interpret G‑code.
- Develop work‑holding fixtures, select speeds and feeds, and interpret complex engineering prints (GD&T).
- Coordinate multiple projects in a high‑mix, low‑volume production environment.
- Collaborate with the department lead to schedule production for a smooth workflow.
- Utilize Cam Plete verification software as needed.

- 5+ years of CNC programming experience.
- Experience with Master Cam; preferred Siemens Control & Cam Plete.

- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment (wear steel‑toe shoes).
- Strong problem‑solving, organizational and teamwork skills.
- Acceptable to work up to 5 hours of overtime per week.
