CNC 5-Axis Programmer

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, hands‑on CNC 5‑Axis Programmer (5+ years of experience) for a full‑time, on‑site role.

Pay: $60k – $85k/year.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, minimum 45 hours per week;
Saturday if required.

• Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills using Master Cam and read/interpret G‑code.
• Develop work‑holding fixtures, select speeds and feeds, and interpret complex engineering prints (GD&T).
• Coordinate multiple projects in a high‑mix, low‑volume production environment.
• Collaborate with the department lead to schedule production for a smooth workflow.
• Utilize Cam Plete verification software as needed.

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Experience with Master Cam; preferred Siemens Control & Cam Plete.
• Strong knowledge of G‑code, GD&T and fixture design.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment (wear steel‑toe shoes).
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Acceptable to work up to 5 hours of overtime per week.
