General Production Worker

We are seeking a dependable General Production Worker to support manufacturing operations in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This role involves operating production equipment, performing assembly and machine-related tasks, scanning and tracking production through computer systems, and rotating between workstations to support operational needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Follow work instructions, production procedures, and standard operating processes.
• Operate production equipment, including CNC-fed and automated machinery.
• Scan barcodes and QR codes to track production and inventory.
• Create and print labels using computerized systems.
• Perform manufacturing tasks such as tumbling, grinding, assembly, and material handling.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Cross-train and rotate between departments and workstations as needed.
• Support team production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and system navigation.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• CNC machine experience is a plus.
• Cleanroom experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment.
• Ability to work with manufacturing equipment and machinery safely.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berlin, CT.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
