Certified Nurses Aide; CNA

Job Summary

We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily assistance to residents in our Apple Rehab Ledgecrest facility. Competitive pay ranges from $19-$23 per hour.

Shift Differentials: 2nd and 3rd shifts plus weekends. Additional shift differential: $5.00 per hour for any shift outside scheduled hours.

Available shifts:

• Part-Time 7a-3p
• 3pm-11pm
• 11pm-7am
• Per Diem (with requirement of two weekend shifts monthly)

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, dressing, walking and wheelchair use, positioning in and out of bed.
• Document personal care and nursing functions according to facility policies.
• Perform nursing functions including perineal care, making beds, turning residents, measuring and recording temperature, weight, pulse, and respiration.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions, including skin breakdowns.
• Report accidents or injuries immediately and record charting entries.
• Answer all call lights regardless of assignment and respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• No history of patient/resident abuse per State Registry.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward residents and their support networks.
