CWC Management is our sister company, and looking to hire a Professional Power Washer to join our growing power washing division. This is a part-time position to start, with room to grow for the right person.

This role works with our experienced crew performing residential exterior cleaning services throughout Connecticut. The day starts in Berlin, CT, and from there the crew travels to job sites across the state.

No prior experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, professional, and comfortable working outdoors as part of a team.

• Monday through Friday
• Typically 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or until the job is completed
• Most days are around 8 hours, with some days up to 10 hours
• Part-time to start, generally 3 days per week based on workload

• Work with an experienced crew on residential home washing projects
• Perform soft washing and power washing services
• Assist with gutter cleaning, roof washing, window cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services
• Help with setup and breakdown of equipment
• Learn proper chemical handling and mixing procedures during training
• Interact professionally with customers on site
• Follow company safety procedures and jobsite instructions
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and strong attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean driving record required
• Reliable transportation required
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to lift 65 to 70 lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Comfortable working outdoors in warm weather
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• Willing to learn and take direction

• Experience with power washing or soft wash systems
• Experience using ladders, surface cleaners, and exterior cleaning equipment
• Experience handling cleaning chemicals safely
• Customer service experience
