We are looking for true closers competitive, professional, coachable people who want to earn at a high level in high‑ticket in‑home sales.

You are not chasing cold calls or low‑quality leads. Our Field Sales Inspectors run qualified appointments with homeowners who have real chimney, masonry, and home‑service needs.

You will be selling real solutions that homeowners need, including chimney rebuilds, masonry repairs, liner systems, caps, safety repairs, Full Service Inspections, and Level 2 chimney inspections when needed.

A strong closer needs a strong production team behind them. Our rebuild and masonry teams operate like clockwork. We have crews that can rebuild full chimneys in 1–2 days, and sold jobs are typically scheduled quickly and completed fast. That means customers get taken care of, and you can sell with confidence.

Eligible within the first 60 days:

• $1,000 after your first full rebuild sale!
• $1,000 after reaching $50,000 in sales
• $3,000 after reaching $110,000 in sales
• $5,000 after reaching $210,000 in sales

• Experienced in‑home sales professionals
• Closers who want to earn large commissions
• People with home improvement, restoration, HVAC, roofing, masonry, chimney, or similar experience
• Strong communicators who can educate homeowners and build trust
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• CRM experience is a plus
