• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Quote and sell personal and commercial insurance products
• Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage opportunities
• Cross-sell additional products to existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License REQUIRED
• Insurance sales experience REQUIRED
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to generate new business and cross-sell existing clients
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
