We are seeking a positive, motivated, and results-driven bilingual Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate will excel in prospecting new business and relationship building, while maintaining a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • New Business Development: Identify and prospect clients within your assigned territory and develop & manage leads, through 8 – 10 daily sales appointments. Ensure timely follow-up through the Lansing Sales Cycle.
  • Customer Meetings: Meet face to face and educate contractors, remodelers, & builders on our products/services, demonstrating the value and benefits for their organization.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions.
  • Sales Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales activities.
Outside Sales Ideal Attributes:
  • Skillset: Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident and persuasive demeanor. Ability to establish rapport & deliver on promises.

Outside Sales

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in territory management, B2B outside sales, with a focus on new business development.
  • Experience with CRM software to manage and track sales activity.
  • Familiarity with Building Materials, Construction, or Wholesale Territory Sales.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
Outside Sales Compensation Package:
  • Base salary (Include Range) plus uncapped commission, with a strong focus on performance-based incentives.
  • Company Car: Personal Usage & All Expenses Paid.
  • Laptop, Cell Phone & Tablet.
  • Ability to qualify for Annual Sales Incentive Trip.
