Position: Client Development Manager (Finance and Accounting)

Your typical day includes:
  • The Daily Hustle:A dynamic mix of prospecting new business and visiting local clients to understand their unique office culture.
  • Expert Consulting:Acting as a market expert, advising clients on hiring trends and salary benchmarks in the Hartford/New Haven central market.
  • Deal Making:Navigating the "win-win" by negotiating agreements and managing the delicate balance of bill rates and pay rates.
What You Bring to the Table
  • The Foundation:2+ years of B2B sales staffing experience w/ a focus on F&A industry or 3+ years of professional sales experience in a high-stakes F&A environment.
  • The Language of Finance:A degree in Accounting or Finance is a major plus. If you know what "closing the books" actually feels like, you’ll have instant credibility with our clients.
  • The Local Edge:A deep understanding of the pressures Connecticut financial professionals face - especially during peak seasons.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
