- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and building relationships
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions
