Building Maintenance Mechanic (Electrician License) – Berlin, CT POSITION REQUIREMENTS- Five years related commercial and/or industrial experience in electrical system installation, repair and maintenance.
- Strong attendance record and proven track record of positive work performance.
- Valid and current Connecticut E-1 or E-2 license.
- Perform skilled maintenance, installation and repair work on buildings and building electrical and other equipment and building systems.
- Make scheduled tests and inspections, perform preventative maintenance, and determine necessary repair or maintenance work on building equipment and fixtures, including but not limited to electrical circuits, overload protection devices and outlets, refrigeration equipment, controls, and lighting systems.
- Perform skilled work in connection with installation, removal, operation and maintenance of building systems and other related physical plant systems.
- Bargaining unit Teal Book employees with contractual rights will be given first consideration.
