As a Gas Utility Leadman, you will report to and serve as the right hand to the crew Foreman, leading crew through installation and repair of gas lines while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising all crew personnel on daily job tasks.
• Submit daily reports outlining job activities.
• Assist in managing work sequences to meet customer schedules.
• Comply with industry and customer operating procedures while ensuring safety and quality.
• Step in to lead crew in the absence of the Foreman.
• Maintain all industry-required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ years prior experience in gas utility industry.

• Work sites outdoors in potentially extreme weather.

• Work includes prolonged lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching, crouching, crawling.
• Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice.
• Work performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment.
• Safe work requires quick/accurate hand‑eye coordination and constant alertness.
