We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals for full time employment as a Lineman in our Underground/Aerial Construction Division. Candidates should be mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.

• Utilize ladders, crawl spaces, manholes, and trenches to access various installations and construction points.
• Safely operate a bucket truck, climb poles and use standard tools of the trade.
• Travel out of town during the week as required.
• Flexibility to work across all divisions (underground/aerial).
• Work outside in varying conditions.
• Work mandatory overtime as required.

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent training/experience.
• Completion of an apprenticeship program in the lineman trade, or willingness to learn if no prior experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Commercial driver’s license is a plus.
• Proficiency in new build, fiber installation, and pole transfers.
• Knowledge of building strand, lashing, pole transfers, grounding, and building and repairing aerial telecommunication lines.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to climb poles and work aloft up to 30 feet.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check, MVR check, and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
