MS Dynamics Software Engineer
- Pay Rate: $50.00 - $60.00/hour on W2
- Contract Length: 6 months with possible extension and/or conversion
- Location: Berlin, CT 06037
- Work Type: Hybrid – 3 days In-Office | 2 days Remote
Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Overview- The MS Dynamics Software Engineer will work as part of a team to complete basic end to end software engineering tasks for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- The engineer will perform basic analysis, development, testing, debugging, configuration, incident investigation, documentation, health monitoring/alerting, and project enhancement implementation based on and related to user or system design specifications.
- Work within guidelines set by team to independently tackle well-scoped problems. Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
- Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
- Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on work area.
- Works with direct supervision on projects / assignments. Sets objectives for own area of responsibility to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments.

- Deliver superior service to our customers, both internal and external, in a reliable, attentive, courteous, quality, proactive and timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree required- computer science or related field.
- 3 years of experience, open to 2 years of experience.
- CRM
- Work experience contributing to a project using a git-based version control system
- Experience supporting configuration changes in a SaaS-based application
- Development experience within the Power platform (specifically Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI)
- Applied knowledge of CI/CD concepts and work experience with deploying solutions with Dev Ops tools (Azure Dev Ops preferred)
- Experience working on a project following Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience writing web-based applications in at least 1 scripting language (Java Script preferred) and at least 1 OOP language (C# .Net preferred)
- Experience designing UI/UX in web-based applications
- Experienced using data structures
- Experience with MS SQL Server
- Familiar with REST API syntax and tools for documenting and testing the REST APIs such as Swagger and Postman
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Theoretical knowledge of work area
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
