The
Sr.AEMEngineer
willbe responsible for working onAEMand related

Integration platform projects development via following through the entire life cyclein collaborationwithpartner’s team.

This role will be also responsible to work with team of developer’sunder the guidance of technical lead todeliver the requirements.

Thisrolewill alsoberesponsibleforsupportingexisting implementation via enhancements andbug fixes.

In addition to strong technical knowledge of the AEM andintegratedplatform this position requires strong communication and interpersonal skillsto build andmaintaintrusted relationships with various business stack holder sand partners.

Workwill be managed with little supervision and requires initiative (ideas, best practices etc…),organization, and judgment.

This role will be based onsite in Berlin, CT on a full-time basis.

• Developtechnicalapproachesdesigned by technical lead/architecttoachieve business requirements,documentsandpeer review withdevelopmentteam.
• Ensures the delivery and success of AEM enterprise-level integration and developmentinvolvingthird party client side integration including request/response flow
• Participates in gathering ofAEMtechnical and functional requirements from business teams during discovery phaseandshare yourexpertisewith tech lead/architects to translate it into AEMUIsolution and document it
• Create development approach along with team and present it for approval with technicalleadalong with efforts
• Shouldbehandson AEMfeatures and functionalitydevelopmentusing latest and greatest design pattern (atomic/modular designor singleton/factory design) forcustom solutionandthird party integration
• Should be creative and OOTB thinker to bring best practices in development approaches
• Suggest alternative technical solutions to meet business requirements more efficiently and/or with greater reusability and/orlong term solution
• Contributes to architecturaldecisionsand guidelines fordevelopmentteamstoensure compliances
• Experience and exposure inagilemethodologies
• Excellent communication skillsandcustomer relationship building skills

• Extensive and strong hands on experience ofAEMComponents,editable
  
  Templates,Client Libraries,Taxonomy, metadata management, Forward and Reverse Replication, Workflows, Content Publishing, Tagging, Campaigns, Analytic sand Targeting
• Should have strong experience in designing optimized AEM libraries delivery and reusability across tenants
• Experience/understandingwiththird partyintegrationse.g.Search Integrations, Authentication Handlers,Web services
  
  Integrations, CRM Integrations
• Experience working with E-Commerce platforms is highly desirable (e.g.Magento,Sales Force Commerce  Cloud etc.)
• Good understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using AEM,Search, Commercepackageor other platforms.
• Good understanding of AEM capabilities including
  
  Multi-site manager and Blueprinting, and the use of Online marketing components such as advanced targeting/ personalization, and multi-variate testing.
• Should haveimplementedAEM multi-tenantsolutionsand delivered it
• Should haveimplementedtagging and data layers for complex analytics scenarios, contenttargetingand personalization scenarios
• Should have conducted code reviews for ongoing projects to ensureoptimalcode quality and appropriate design patterns are used
• Should have Employed,promoted and enforced strong coding standards for security, efficiency,readability and reuse
• Having one or more of the following certifications is a plus. AEM Developer, Adobe AEM Advanced developer
