Steelwrist is a growing global manufacturer of industry-leading tiltrotators, quick couplers, and work tools for excavators. As our North American business continues to expand, we are increasing local production in Newington, Connecticut, and are looking for a driven Warehouse Associate who wants to grow with us and help develop our U.S. operation for the future.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of parts and finished products.
Load, unload, move, and store materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Verify incoming and outgoing materials against orders, packing lists, and system information.
Maintain accurate inventory transactions and material movements in the ERP system.
Support material flow to production and ensure parts are available where and when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Participate in inventory counts and help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Support continuous improvement and the development of more efficient, standardized, and digital warehouse processes.

Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling.
Good forklift experience and safe material-handling practices.
Experience working with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
Comfortable using computers, scanners, and other digital tools.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
