About

the Role

We’re seeking a designer who is curious, hands‑on, and eager to grow. Someone who thrives at the intersection of digital tools, construction methods, and human workflows, and who wants to turn data, insights, and prototypes into solutions tested directly in the field.

In this role, you’ll expand your responsibility and ownership, working closely with expert engineers and a product manager who advocates for the user. You’ll observe operations, gather feedback, and translate insights into design solutions that support both today’s projects and tomorrow’s vision of autonomous construction.

  • Translate complex flows into clear, tested design solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with design, product management, research and insights, and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to our GROPYUS Design Language System, ensuring consistency as we develop new components and interaction models.
  • Share your work openly

  • Comfort using AI‑assisted tools (e.g. Claude, Nano, Banana, etc.) to support research synthesis, rapid ideation, and workflow efficiency, with a genuine curiosity to keep evolving how they are used to unlock individual and team potential.
  • German language proficiency at B2 level or above is required.
