Adtran is seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead die-level DC and RF testing of active and passive silicon photonic devices and to drive reliability tests for optical components and modules. You will participate in FMA, DVT, and integration with RFIC and laser design teams, while enhancing automated test systems.
You will supervise and train staff, contribute to test station improvements, and provide critical feedback to design groups to accelerate development and manufacturing readiness.
