Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that address real-world business challenges.
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches.
• Implement and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accessibility for model development and production.
• Work with cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, or GCP) to operationalize AI solutions, leveraging services like Azure ML, Cognitive Services, or their equivalents.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support the integration of AI models into production systems.
• Stay current with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices, and proactively share knowledge with the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in model performance, data quality, and deployment pipelines.
• Communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead design and governance of Dev Ops CI/CD strategies and enterprise delivery pipelines.
• Architect and oversee implementation of Azure cloud solutions aligned to client business and technology strategies.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and Dev Ops practices across Azure environments.
• Provide technical leadership across project teams from requirements through architecture, delivery oversight, and operational handover.
• Design secure, scalable, and resilient Azure architectures for modern workloads.
• Lead technical assessments and cloud adoption strategies for customers moving to Azure.
• Conduct architectural and technical reviews to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and business objectives.
• Mentor and guide analysts and consultants in delivery and capability development.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution shaping, estimations, proposals, and client presentations.

• Deep expertise in Azure and Dev Ops practices.
• Comfortable leading technical teams while engaging senior business stakeholders and executives.
• Strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills.
• Adept at shaping technology strategy, defining architecture, and guiding clients through complex cloud transformation initiatives.
• Experience with AI/ML solutions, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.
