Business Analyst - Förderbanken; m​/f​/d

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation and customization of our Digital Workplace for Development Banks (DWD) solution. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will translate business requirements into functional concepts and collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to support successful delivery. In this role, you will help financial institutions modernize and optimize their lending and development banking processes, enabling more efficient, scalable, and impactful operations.

• Analyze business requirements in the context of lending solutions and development bank processes
• Support the implementation and customization within the solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize customer portals and digital solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP environments (SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP ERP)
• Support test management and user acceptance testing activities

• Experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally in lending or development banks
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fioneer Solutions such as CML, CMS and development bank specific solutions
• Experience with customer portals, core banking or digital banking platforms
• Familiarity with methodologies such as BPMN, Agile (e.g. Prince2 Agile) and testing standards (ISTQB)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in international, cross-functional teams
