Job Title:

Support Engineer

• Handle day‑to‑day billing tasks, customer support, and escalations.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure customers realize intended benefits and achieve timely, accurate billing.
• Support monthly billing processes by auditing billing data, managing data, and calculating discounts across multiple AWS teams.
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations to meet business requirements.
• Seek solutions to business and customer needs, providing innovative solutions to improve the customer experience.
• Support projects and ensure successful execution in a cross‑functional environment with business leaders, account managers, technology partners, and service teams.
• Provide recurring and ad‑hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Utility Computing (UC) supports product innovation across Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services. As a member of UC, the Support Engineer will assist in managing cloud services and support customers with specialized security requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
• Experience in sales operations or a related field.
• National of an EU member state.
• Working knowledge of SQL.

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in program management, technical program management, or related fields.
