Please note that for this role, C2 Italian proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

• Own the Italian Market: Be the PM for IT. Find what is missing and optimize
• Talk to Installers Constantly: Calls, site visits, demos, support tickets. You will know your installers the best
• Push metrics: Improve activation, adoption and retention for IT installers.
• Build for Local Rules: Ship features that fit IT reality, from compliance requirements to the things installers there do differently.
• Make It Reusable: Turn IT solutions into platform features every market can use.
• Set the UX/UI Bar: Review flows before they ship and push back on work that is technically correct but bad to use.
• Challenge and Collaborate: Work closely with Core Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

  Experience:
  
  2+ years in product management, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment.
• Outcome driven: You have improved a metric before and can walk us through how you did it.
• Strong Research
  
  Skills:
  
  You combine qualitative and quantitative research to make informed product decisions.
• Strong Product Taste: You spot weak flows and can say exactly define why it is weak.
• Willingness to Travel: Roughly once per quarter to Italy to meet your customers on site.
• Language: Excellent English and Italian (Bonus:German).
